NamiTech Japan 1st Anniversary: Product Launch Highlights and What Comes Next
One year ago, NamiTech entered one of the world's most demanding enterprise technology markets. On July 9, 2026, the company gathered customers, partners and industry leaders at Bellesalle Shiba Park in Tokyo to reflect on what has been built and to introduce what comes next.
The event brought together decision-makers from Japan's contact center, BPO, banking, energy, systems integration, and technology sectors, welcoming over 150 attendees from 73 companies. For NamiTech, it was an opportunity to show that a year of quiet, focused work has produced something concrete: a platform, a product generation, and a strategy built specifically for the way Japanese enterprises adopt technology.
One Year of Building Trust in Japan
Over the past year, NamiTech has expanded its presence in Japan and built relationships with leading enterprises and partners across the BPO, banking, energy and systems-integration sectors.
What has made NamiTech's first year distinctive is not just the number of deployments, but the nature of the relationships. Several of Japan's largest enterprise service providers have chosen to work with NamiTech not only as a technology vendor, but as a distribution and implementation partner. That dual role, where a customer also becomes a channel partner, is rare in the Japanese market and reflects a level of confidence that typically takes years to establish.
At the event, the company presented a unified platform strategy focused on one core enterprise priority: helping organizations move from AI concept to practical deployment faster, while maintaining the governance, reliability and integration required for real operations.
Introducing the CHI Platform
The centerpiece of the event was the launch of the NamiTech CHI Platform, named after 氣 (CHI), the natural energy that flows through the human body.
CHI is a unified AI Voice Agent platform designed to digitalize enterprise conversations across channels, from contact centers and branches to chat, meetings and self-service. Rather than treating conversational AI as separate tools, CHI connects NamiTech's three major product families: the Contact Center AI Agent Suite, Anywhere Agent Suite and Enterprise Voice AI Agent Suite, supported by shared pillars for platform, agent and integration capabilities.
Through this architecture, CHI connects customer voice, human expertise, enterprise knowledge and AI agents into one governed operating flow. The result is designed to reduce repeated project effort, shorten Time-to-Value and help enterprises launch new use cases faster and more cost-effectively.
NamiGen 2.0: Agentic Voice AI Built for Fast Implementation
The event also introduced NamiGen 2.0, NamiTech's next-generation Agentic Voice AI Platform. Moving beyond isolated, single-purpose bots, NamiGen 2.0 enables enterprises to build, test, run and continuously improve specialized Voice AI agents on one governed platform.
NamiGen 2.0 combines platform agents for onboarding, evaluation and governed auto-learning with voice agents that handle practical use cases such as reception and FAQ, internal helpdesk, enterprise workflows and policy-controlled transactions. Built on NamiTech's in-house speech AI foundation, the platform supports configurable templates, knowledge-based deployment, evaluation before go-live and integration with existing enterprise systems.
During the event, the team demonstrated how an IT Helpdesk voice agent can be configured from a template, connected to knowledge, tested and prepared for live operation within a single session, highlighting the combined value of CHI and NamiGen 2.0: speed of implementation, simplicity of setup and continuous improvement through governed knowledge.
Contact Center AI Agent Suite: A Governed Learning Loop
Also built on the CHI Platform, the Contact Center AI Agent Suite was introduced as a solution that helps enterprises move beyond isolated voicebots toward a continuously improving customer operation.
At its core is a governed learning loop. When an AI agent encounters an inquiry not yet covered by approved knowledge, the case is handed to a human agent with context already captured. NamiSense then analyzes the interaction, identifies recurring gaps and supports knowledge generation. Once reviewed and approved by the business owner, the new knowledge is updated in NamiChain and becomes available for both NamiGen and Agent Assist.
This means difficult interactions become the foundation for faster, more consistent future resolution. Instead of starting from zero for every new workflow, enterprises can continuously reuse approved knowledge and human expertise to expand automation safely.
From Innovation to Implementation: Enterprise Perspectives on Voice AI
A highlight of the event was the panel discussion moderated by Mr. Naotaka Owada (Senior Researcher, Nikkei BP Intelligence Group, Institute of Future Technology). The panel featured key industry representatives and strategic partners, including Mr. Hiroshi Kato (Executive Officer, BellSystem24, Inc.), Mr. Junichi Hasegawa (General Manager of DX Promotion Dept., Toho Gas Co., Ltd.), Mr. Kengo Watanuki (President & CEO, SHIFT PLUS Inc.), and Mr. Shintaro Onishi (Business Development Director, Nami Technology Japan Co., Ltd.).
The discussion explored how Voice AI is evolving from pilot projects to real business operations across Japan. Participants shared perspectives on how rising solution quality is accelerating enterprise adoption, particularly in industries where reliability, governance and service standards are critical.
Another key topic focused on how organizations should evaluate emerging AI technologies. Rather than asking which technology is newest, the conversation emphasized the importance of selecting solutions that best align with operational requirements, implementation readiness and long-term business value.
The panel also examined how AI Agents can support the spirit of Omotenashi in customer service. Discussions highlighted the importance of service quality, cultural adaptation and continuous improvement in helping AI meet the expectations of Japanese enterprises and customers.
Throughout the discussion, a common message emerged: successful AI adoption depends not only on technological innovation, but also on the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes in real-world operations.
A New Digital Gateway
Alongside its platform announcements, NamiTech introduced a redesigned corporate website at namitech.io. The site reflects the company's belief in a human-first, not tech-first digital experience, drawing on Japanese aesthetics and the spirit of Omotenashi to help visitors explore NamiTech's mission, technology, solutions and security standards in one place.
Looking Ahead
As we enter our next stage of growth in Japan, NamiTech is committed to three things: first, bringing world-class technologies that are not only advanced but also safe, practical and cost-effective; second, providing service quality that meets the expectations of Japanese customers; and third, continuously improving our products so enterprises can adopt AI as quickly and effectively as possible.
— Nguyễn Thành Lâm, Founder and CEO, NamiTech
NamiTech will continue expanding its presence in Japan and helping enterprises transform customer and employee conversations into a source of intelligence, quality improvement, and business value.
The first anniversary was not just a milestone to celebrate but a foundation to build on. For the customers, partners, and industry leaders who joined the event, and for those discovering NamiTech for the first time, the message was clear: the company is here to stay, and the next chapter is already underway.
