1.3 Voice and Biometric Data

How we handle voice and biometric data depends strictly on the context of the interaction:

A. Interactive Website Demonstrations (Direct Collection)

If you choose to test our voice authentication or analysis features (e.g., VoiceDNA) directly on namitech.io, we may collect short voice recordings and generate temporary voiceprints to demonstrate the technology.

  • Consent: We will always ask for your explicit, opt-in consent before activating your microphone or recording your voice.
  • Purpose: This data is used solely to provide the live demonstration experience you requested.
  • Retention: Voice recordings and temporary voiceprints collected during website demonstrations are deleted immediately after the session concludes. We do not store this data or use it to train our foundational AI models.
B. Enterprise Deployments (Processed on Behalf of Clients)

When NamiTech products are deployed within an enterprise environment, they may process voice recordings, voiceprints, and related identifiers on behalf of our clients. In these scenarios:

  • NamiTech acts strictly as a Data Processor.
  • The data is processed under a written Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and governed by the enterprise client's privacy policies.
  • NamiTech does not use enterprise deployment data for its own purposes or model training unless explicitly agreed upon in writing with the client.

If your data is processed as part of an enterprise deployment, please contact the relevant organisation acting as the data controller to exercise your privacy rights.
